Join us and grow with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Managing the team's email inbox, especially requests from bank managers; * Supporting communication and resolution of requests from end customers; * Raising internal support tickets for the team; * Handling tickets opened by partner offices; * Providing telephone and WhatsApp support; * Entering information and documentation into the internal Alpheratz system; * Participating in continuous improvement initiatives within the area. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Must be at least 18 years old; * Completed high school education; * Basic knowledge of Excel; * Eagerness to learn and develop. **Additional Information** * Compensation: R$ 1.100,00; * Bonus: 0 to 3 salaries per year. * Meal/Voucher Allowance: R$ 17.41 (per day), via the flexible Caju card; * Transportation Pass or Fuel Allowance (no payroll deduction); * Birthday Day Off; * Work Model: On-site; * Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Monday to Friday); * Workplace: São Bento – São Paulo. **RCB Group** specializes in structuring, investing in, and operating receivables and credit assets.
