As a Project Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle—from planning through to closure—ensuring the application of best practices in project management. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with strategic stakeholders, define and implement strategic, tactical, and operational communication plans, and deliver reports and performance indicators that demonstrate achieved results. We are seeking a professional with experience in strategic projects and methodologies; essential qualifications include risk management skills, negotiation ability, and strong analytical and creative capabilities. If you are ready to face challenges in a dynamic and continuously transforming environment, we want to meet you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Project lifecycle management (planning, execution, communication, risk management, closure, monitoring and control); * Stakeholder management, definition and implementation of strategic, tactical and operational communication plans; * Definition and approval of the project plan, respecting the characteristics of each topic and resource availability; * Detailed project scope definition, consolidation and validation of documents generated with involved executives; * Ensure application of best practices in project management; * Develop and present performance reports and indicators to demonstrate project results; * Deliver executive presentations and lead strategic meetings with high participant volume across all corporate levels. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Hard Skills:** * Knowledge of project implementation related to the Retail market (OMS, TMS, WMS) * Preferred: ongoing or completed undergraduate degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or IT; * Knowledge of agile methodologies (SCRUM, SAFe, etc.) and traditional methodologies (PMI, PRINCE, etc.); * Experience in negotiation and risk management in complex projects; * Technical knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, WBS; * Knowledge of project management tools (MS Project) and methodologies; * Coordination of cross-functional teams. Quantitative analysis skills and understanding of financial concepts for feasibility and profitability analyses (business cases, valuations, etc.); * Proficiency in PowerPoint for developing executive presentations and reports to support senior management decision-making.
