If you identify with this profile, apply now and become part of a dynamic, collaborative, creative, and innovative team. **Responsibilities and Duties** Institutional Representation and Strategic Relationship Management a) Maintain legitimate contact and interactions with energy distributors via email, online meetings, in-person meetings, telephone calls, WhatsApp, and other virtual channels, always taking proactive leadership in processes involving energy distributors. b) Serve as the primary point of contact for relationships with energy distributors. c) Act as the company’s focal point with energy distributors and public agencies, representing the organization institutionally in accordance with leadership-defined guidelines; d) Support leadership in institutional agendas, strategic meetings, negotiations, and other relevant discussions; e) Manage relationships strategically, systematically, and aligned with corporate objectives. Ownership Transfer Management a) Proactively identify required documents and registration data for each energy distributor. b) Monitor the planning and execution schedule for plant grid connections. c) Interface with energy distributors throughout ownership transfer processes, beginning with the plant interconnection inspection request, overseeing all stages end-to-end; d) Monitor regulatory and operational deadlines, acting preventively to avoid delays and business impacts; e) Track process completion and receipt of duly signed contracts (CUSD and/or Assignment Agreement) by all parties (Legal Representatives – Witnesses – Energy Distributor). Internal Department Integration a) Foster integration between energy distributors and internal company departments involved in regulatory, operational, commercial, and financial processes; b) Map, review, and keep updated distributor relationship processes, including those requested by other company departments; c) Align workflows, responsibilities, and deadlines across departments, ensuring clear and timely communication while identifying opportunities for continuous process improvement. Information Control a) Organize documents into standardized folders on the corporate network and/or SharePoint, and maintain updated records in spreadsheets. b) Ensure traceability of process stages, deadlines, and responsible parties. c) Record and organize incidents related to distributors in databases (Excel spreadsheets), maintaining an updated history of data feeding the Relationship area’s dashboards and related areas. Financial Management and Invoice Analysis a) Review energy invoices from generation plants and their line items, ensuring compliance with contracts and regulatory standards regarding due dates and billed elements. b) Manage the issuance, posting, and submission of energy invoices for payment. c) Ensure adherence to internal SLAs for invoice posting and payment, tracking fiscal clearance up to the due date. d) Act preventively to avoid late-payment charges and risks of supply suspension at solar farms (UFVs). Incident, Contingency, and Complaint Handling a) Register formal complaints through competent regulated channels, following ANEEL’s resolution pathway, only after exhausting direct resolution efforts. b) Record and organize incidents related to distributors, maintaining an evidence and action history in the complaint database. c) Collaboratively resolve problems, focusing on demand-oriented solutions. Operational Management and Control a) Register purchase orders for energy invoice payments and procurement requests, observing internal workflows and ensuring effective communication with the Supply, Tax, and Finance departments; b) Monitor non-conformance cases related to suppliers and service providers; c) Support and assist in operational routines, such as scheduling, organization, and internal department events. **Requirements and Qualifications** Technical Profile: * Office suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word). * (Preferred) BI tools and/or dashboard development and/or SharePoint. * (Preferred) Knowledge of electricity sector legislation, especially ANEEL Resolution No. 1\.000/22\.
