In this position, you will work on the National Textbook Program (**PNLD**) in partnership with publishers **Ática** and **Scipione**, providing textbooks to over 118,000 public schools nationwide. Create layouts for print and digital media. Produce graphic materials such as book covers, books, posters, packaging, and posters. Use design software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Prepare files for printing or digital publication. Edit images, adjust colors, and apply appropriate typography. Transform concepts into clear, comprehensible visual messages. Balance aesthetics and functionality (beauty + clarity). Create interfaces and materials that are accessible and intuitive. Research visual references and design trends. Understand target audiences and client needs. Participate in brainstorming sessions and concept development processes. Collaborate with art, editorial, coordinators, and clients. Adapt designs based on feedback. Integrate design into marketing, editorial, or product strategies. Innovation and continuous learning Experiment with new visual languages, techniques, and technologies. Stay updated on market and sustainable design trends. Incorporate best practices in accessibility and inclusion.
