Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and curious Human Resources intern with a passion for HR to support recruitment, onboarding, internal communication, and employee engagement strategies. Your main responsibilities: \- Assist in recruitment and selection, from resume screening to interview scheduling; \- Support the onboarding process for new employees and manage employee records on internal company platforms; \- Update and organize employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality; \- Assist in internal communication, helping draft announcements regarding company policies, events, and news; \- Actively participate in implementing new HR strategies and employee engagement initiatives across the entire FG team; \- Support the organization of team-building activities, internal events, and employee initiatives; \- Contribute to research, data collection, and administrative support for special HR projects; \- Collaborate in creating and updating HR dashboards and presentations. Requirements: Currently enrolled in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields; Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office; Strong verbal and written communication skills, and ability to work effectively in teams; Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible when handling confidential information; Adaptable and flexible to thrive in a dynamic environment; Genuine interest in Human Resources and eagerness to learn.
