




The Legion of Good Will – LGW is hiring a **Multimedia Executive Producer**: The **Multimedia Executive Producer** is responsible for developing themes and attractions that meet audience needs, in accordance with the program’s profile and the editorial line of “100% Jesus” Communications. Collaborates with involved departments (presentation, operations, listeners, and coordination) in conceiving and executing the program to ensure effective communication and team alignment. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Participate in editorial meetings to ensure identification and definition of optimal topics and approaches, tailored to the program’s audience. * Produce interviews, reports, testimonials, and witness accounts, ensuring high-quality execution and adherence to established deadlines. * Develop doctrinal studies for the program, supporting achievement of its objectives within the editorial guidelines of the Good Will Radio Super Network. * Draft program scripts, prioritizing effectiveness of transitions between segments and logical sequencing of content. * Coordinate team and participant preparation, manage live broadcast logistics, and evaluate all aspects of transmission (results), ensuring on-air script execution and preventing content delivery failures. * Support the development of new producers by sharing professional experience. * Assist in registering jingles and spots (in Infoáudio) and listeners (in Bitrix), contributing to organized documentation and record-keeping related to program production aesthetics and listener registration. * Cover congresses and events relevant to programming, ensuring audience quality and interest through pre-coverage planning. * Perform tasks aimed at organizing production materials and documents, guaranteeing proper archiving of each program’s content. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed High School education. **Desirable:** * Technical or higher education in Social Communication or Audiovisual fields; * Experience or exposure to communication areas (e.g., DRF, presenters and/or volunteer producers, news flashes, guest appearances on radio and/or TV, program hosting, etc.); * Knowledge of the Doctrine of the Religion of God, the Christ, and the Holy Spirit; * Familiarity with current affairs (well-informed); * Knowledge of the work carried out by the Institutions of Good Will. **Additional Information** Workload: **150 hours** Schedule: **6-day rotation, 1 day off** **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance; * On-site meals; * Meal allowance (BRL 215.00); * Life insurance; * Health plan — after probationary period; * Dental plan — after probationary period; * SESC partnership; * Discounts at gyms and sports activities (Wellhub); * Educational partnerships offering discounts on courses and universities; * Training and capacity-building programs.
