The Onda Group has an incredible opportunity for a Concierge to serve as the central point of enchantment within our ecosystem. You will be the strategic facilitator connecting brands, partners, and customers—ensuring memorable and seamless experiences at our HUB. We seek a highly solution-oriented, hands-on professional who takes pride in managing operational details—from coffee preparation to logistics for large gatherings—guaranteeing that the HUB’s infrastructure functions flawlessly and with agility. **What You’ll Do (Your Day-to-Day):** **Experience Management (360º):** Impeccable meeting room setup, high-standard reception, and post-visit follow-up to ensure delight. **Operations and Logistics:** Calendar and reservation management, travel/hotel logistics for events, and immediate on-site support for visitors. **Curation and Relationship Building:** Anticipating ecosystem needs, providing cultural/gastronomic recommendations, and aligning with vendors and partners. **Strategic Facility Oversight:** Rigorous infrastructure checklist (coffee, internet, cleaning) and proactive issue resolution at the HUB. **EDUCATION:** **Higher Education:** A bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Public Relations, or Events is highly valued, as it covers reception management, administration, and hospitality. **REQUIRED COMPETENCIES FOR THIS ROLE:** **Technical Competencies** Ability to operate across multiple HUB fronts—including entertainment, events, and artists—and drive customer delight. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. A customer-centric service mindset, with the ability to make clients feel valued and enchanted. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel. A positive work attitude. Willingness to work irregular shifts and weekends. **Behavioral Competencies** Solution-oriented, enthusiastic, and detail-focused profile.
