**Your day-to-day responsibilities:**
* Monitor daily BMS processes;
* Perform daily KPI status checks;
* Create and close service orders in the client’s maintenance system;
* Prepare technical reports;
* Design graphical user interfaces, configure point links, and improve database performance;
* Provide on-site technical support for corrective and preventive automation maintenance activities
**In addition, you must have:**
* Completed high school education;
* Knowledge of building systems—including HVAC and electrical systems—and BMS (Building Management System);
* Technical training in Electronics, Mechatronics, or Automation (completed or currently pursuing);
* Quick reasoning, analytical mindset, problem-solving ability, proactivity, and organizational skills;
