Job Summary: FCamara is seeking a Senior Backend .NET Developer to work with the largest investment bank in Latin America, focusing on development, optimization, and ensuring high availability of platforms. Agile and multidisciplinary team work with an emphasis on innovation FCamara is looking for a Senior Backend .NET Developer to collaborate with the largest investment bank in Latin America, specializing in venture capital, private equity, and global wealth and asset management. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Gather requirements, develop, and resolve issues in applications; * Promote automation and optimization of processes and analyses; * Maintain close collaboration with business areas and other IT teams; * Ensure platform high availability by creating and evolving deployment processes (blue/green and canary deployments); * Develop software following agile methodologies and applying best practices in object-oriented design and clean code. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Hard Skills:** * Technical leadership experience * Hands-on profile * Cloud experience (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.) * Experience with .NET (C\#) * Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL) * Design Patterns; * Experience with unit testing (TDD); * Knowledge of GIT; * Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum); * Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes; * Knowledge of messaging frameworks (Kafka, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ, etc.); * Strong communication and teamwork skills; * Ability to write robust, testable, and validated code; * Knowledge of applications requiring high availability and high performance. **Desirable:** * Financial market knowledge; * Experience with Code Quality tools (Sonar); * Experience with APM tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics, DataDog, etc.); * Knowledge of Prometheus, metrics, and monitoring; * Experience with SPA applications; * Knowledge of ElasticSearch, Apache Lucene, and GraphQL; * Experience managing and deploying cloud infrastructure; * Experience with CI/CD pipeline management and implementation. **Soft Skills:** * Logical reasoning and analytical ability; * Strong communication skills; * Team spirit and conflict resolution capability; * Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholder profiles; * Ability to work in agile and multidisciplinary teams; * Creativity and proactivity to envision various application usage scenarios; * Organization. **Additional Information** **Here at FCamara, we are \#OrangeBlood!** We have been in the market for 17 years, partnering closely with our clients to deliver transformative experiences.
