




The Accounting Operations Management team is a strategic hub responsible for accounting revenues, expenses, and contingencies of the Company. It operates from initial recording through to full account reconciliation, ensuring governance, transparency, and compliance across all processes. Beyond operational responsibilities, the area leads innovation, automation, and streamlining initiatives for accounting workflows, playing a key role in preparing strategic materials for senior management and supporting internal and external audits. The manager acts as a transformation agent, promoting technical excellence, advisory mindset, and a culture of continuous improvement. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Challenges and Purpose** Continuous review and enhancement of processes, with focus on automation, efficiency, and transparency in serving client areas. Leadership of activities related to accounting for interfaces of revenue systems, expense provisions, and contingencies. Analysis and monitoring of income statement accounts; advisory support to business units in defining appropriate accounting classifications for new products and expenditures. Full support for internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and excellence in responses provided.
