Opportunity for continuous process improvement We are looking for a Procurement Assistant to support the team in the area’s operational routine, ensuring process accuracy, information quality, and reliability of KPIs. The candidate will be responsible for controlling the receipt of production inputs, monitoring area performance indicators, and collaborating closely with buyers to develop knowledge across diverse categories. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform verification, registration, and tracking of invoices (pending, suspended, and linked). * Control receipt of production inputs and ensure validation of entries with operations. * Support the team in cases of discrepancies between invoices and purchase orders, performing adjustments as needed. * Monitor and update area KPIs (SLA, volumes, deviations, productivity, etc.). * Prepare reports and support monthly presentations. * Conduct follow\-up on purchase orders with suppliers and internal departments. * Assist in registration and verification of purchase orders and contracts. * Contribute to continuous process improvement and pursue operational efficiency. * Interact with other procurement categories to develop a broad perspective, gradually learning buyer requirements. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Desired Profile** ------------------- * Organization, sense of urgency, and attention to detail; * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with internal departments, suppliers, and the procurement team; * Proactivity, problem-solving ability, and ease working with standards and processes; * Interest in learning about various procurement categories and building a career in this field. **Requirements** -------------- * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree (administrative fields are a plus); * Prior experience in procurement, receiving, or related functions; * Proficiency in Excel; * Familiarity with Power BI and ERP Totvs Datasul is desirable; * Strong analytical ability and comfort working with reports. **Additional Information** Benefits: Group Life Insurance Medical and Dental Plans Pharmacy Benefit Transportation Allowance (VT) Meal Voucher (Flexible) Work Model: Hybrid Total Pass Partnership #### **Founded in 2000 but with origins dating back to 1976, Santa Colomba is a Brazilian agricultural company focused on large-scale production with high mechanization potential.
