Join our team! **Responsibilities and duties** * Implement the Operational Excellence Program; * Lead process improvement projects, focusing on cost reduction, productivity enhancement, and quality improvement; * Analyze and map operational processes, identify improvement opportunities, and propose innovative solutions for optimization; * Monitor and manage performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress of operational excellence initiatives; * Develop and implement action plans for continuous improvement, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and strategies; * Facilitate internal workshops and training sessions on continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen); * Collaborate across various organizational functions to promote process integration and aligned outcomes; * Develop and monitor operational performance reports, analyze data, and propose data-driven solutions; * Serve as the technical reference for the team on best practices in process management and improvement tools; * Conduct critical process analysis and propose workflow restructuring when necessary, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic guidelines. **Requirements and qualifications** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering / Chemical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; * Green Belt certification and knowledge of Lean methodologies; * Postgraduate degree or MBA in project or process management is considered a plus; * Experience in process improvement, quality, maintenance, or operations. **Additional information** Work location: São Miguel Paulista – São Paulo; Work model: Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote); Weekly travel to the Várzea Paulista unit is required.
