Our story is marked by innovation, responsibility, and people who make a difference. **Position:** **HR Analyst (Generalist)** We are looking for an **HR Analyst** to work at the **Anhanguera unit**, with **prior experience at the analyst level** and generalist HR practice. This professional will support and execute core HR processes, working closely with leadership and employees. They will actively participate in the **construction, strengthening, and evolution of an increasingly strategic HR function**, contributing to people development, process improvement, and fostering a healthy, collaborative, and business-aligned workplace, with a strong focus on people. **Your Responsibilities:** * Manage **Recruitment and Selection** processes—from profile alignment through interview facilitation and onboarding follow-up; * Lead and support **onboarding and integration** of new employees; * Collaborate with the **legal/labor department**, including acting as company representative in labor hearings when required; * Support and implement initiatives related to **organizational climate, employee engagement, and internal communication**; * Contribute to the **creation, revision, and implementation of HR processes, policies, and practices**; * Support **administrative and strategic HR demands**, in partnership with HR leadership; * Work closely with employees to foster an environment of **active listening, guidance, and development**. **What We’re Looking For:** * **Proven experience as an HR Analyst**, with generalist HR practice; * Completed or ongoing degree in **Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields**; * Experience in **generalist HR** (R * Preferred experience or interest in serving as a **company representative in labor hearings**; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and sense of responsibility; * Collaborative, proactive profile with analytical mindset; * Alignment with a **strategic, human-centered, and people-oriented HR approach**. *Seniority level (Junior, Mid-level, or Senior) will be assessed during the hiring process, considering experience, technical scope, and fit with the role requirements.* **What We Offer:** * Market-competitive salary; * On-site meals; * Transportation allowance; * Meal voucher (attendance bonus – R$ 155.00\); * Health insurance (50% covered by the company); * Life insurance; * Childcare allowance for female employees with children up to 5 years and 11 months old; * Partnerships with SESC and universities; * Christmas Kit. **Work Model / Schedule:** On-site – 5x2 \| Monday to Friday – 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM **Work Location:** Grupo Serbom Headquarters \- Rod.
