Your mission will be: to ensure the integrity of Nitro’s economic and financial information, strengthening governance of processes, the quality of KPIs, and the reliability of data supporting business unit decision-making—through controls, policies, automation, and strategic analysis. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Map, understand, and manage the processes generating KPIs for the Agro, Industrial Chemicals, and Chemical Specialties units, ensuring their reliability and consistency. * Assess risks in accounting, financial, and operational processes; propose action plans and implement improvements for risk mitigation. * Design, update, and ensure compliance with corporate policies related to balance sheet line items, accounting processes, and financial governance. * Implement and strengthen internal controls, including segregation of duties, audit trails, checkpoints, and standardized workflows. * Lead automation and digitalization initiatives to accelerate efficiency, reduce rework, and enhance information quality. * Manage the creation and evolution of governance dashboards, measuring accountability, deadlines, information quality, and key financial performance indicators. * Support accounting and management closing cycles, ensuring adherence to timelines, delivery quality, and defined routines. * Support the company’s strategic initiatives, such as pricing, margin analysis, inventory governance, corporate reconciliations, and integrations across international units. **Requirements and Qualifications** Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting—proof of graduation required MBA in Finance or Controllership **Preferred Experience and Requirements** * Solid experience in Controllership, Accounting, Auditing, or FP&A, preferably within industrial, chemical, agribusiness, or mid-to-large-sized companies. * Experience in process automation, data analysis, and implementation of tools (e.g., Power BI, Alteryx, SAP/TOTVS). * Proven ability to map complex processes, identify risks, and implement structural improvements. * Hands-on, analytical, communicative profile with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
