Design and implementation of activities for canine well-being **Proven experience as a dog trainer is required.** **Proven experience in dog daycare/hotel is required.** Location: Near Santa Cruz and Hospital São Paulo metro stations. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday \- 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM (1 hour 30 minutes lunch break) Days off: Saturdays and Sundays. Salary: R$2\.665,00 CLT Meal voucher R$300,00 \+ Full transportation voucher **Responsibilities:** * Handling and supervising dogs throughout the daily routine * Daily behavioral assessment of pets * Strategic and safe pack formation * Interaction mediation and conflict prevention * Leading the monitor team, guiding operations, and ensuring proper handling procedures * Monitoring team routines and supporting team direction * Entering data into systems, preparing reports, and maintaining internal records on dog behavior and routines * Participating in management meetings for operational and behavioral alignment * Organizing departmental tasks, including suggesting and preparing purchase lists for activities, environmental enrichment, and dog routines * Supporting the design and implementation of activities that promote pet well-being and behavioral balance **Profile:** * Proven experience in canine behavior and group handling * Strong communication skills and leadership presence * Organizational skills and responsibility for processes * Agility in decision-making during daily operations * Attentive observation, proactivity, and emotional balance * Affinity for teamwork and dynamic environments Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2\.665,00 per month Benefits: * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
