**Senior Visual Merchandising Analyst** **About the opportunity** ------------------------ We are seeking a Senior Visual Merchandising Analyst to join a well-structured operation focused on VM execution, store environment setup, campaign implementation, and support for special projects. We seek a creative, organized, hands-on professional with a keen eye for aesthetics, brand experience, and field execution. **Key responsibilities** -------------------------------- ### **Wholesale Stores** * Conduct periodic store visits to execute and maintain visual merchandising * Implement brand campaigns, product launches, and VM directives * Support window display setup, store environment styling, and product presentation * Ensure correct application of guidelines and visual standardization * Identify improvement opportunities and propose display solutions * Conduct photographic documentation of executions (before and after) * Support sell-out activations and special in-store projects * Train store teams on display best practices and organization * Respond to urgent visual merchandising requests * Support launch campaigns, store openings, events, and commercial activations * Adjust layouts and update visual communications * Collaborate with suppliers and Trade Marketing teams on material execution ### **Showroom** * Organize and keep showrooms updated * Support collection setups and environment styling for conventions and commercial presentations * Support sales periods and internal events * Manage VM materials, VM inventory, and supporting items **Requirements** -------------- * Currently enrolled in or graduated from a Bachelor’s program in Fashion, Design, Interior Design, Architecture, Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, or related fields * Prior experience in visual merchandising * Knowledge of product presentation and store environment styling * Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency * Willingness and availability for travel and field work **Preferred qualifications** ---------------- * Experience in the sports, fashion, or lifestyle segment * Retail experience and exposure to large-scale VM operations * Experience in environment styling and seasonal campaign projects **Additional information** -------------------------- Work model: On-site / Field-based Travel availability required Minimum education level: Bachelor’s degree Willingness and availability for travel * Life insurance * Total Pass * Dental care plan * Medical care plan * Meal allowance * Food allowance * Transportation allowance
