




Receive payments (cash, cards, PIX), issue invoices/receipts, give change, open and close the cash register, keep the area organized, and, crucially, deliver excellent customer service—serving as a key point in the shopping experience with attentiveness, efficiency, and clear communication. Familiarity with the DMS system (point-of-sale) is a plus. Main responsibilities: * Payment Processing: Handle cash, cards (credit/debit), PIX, and other payment methods. * Document Issuance: Generate fiscal invoices or receipts for customers. * Cash Register Opening and Closing: Count starting cash, verify closing balance, and reconcile accounts. * Customer Service: Be courteous, answer questions, provide information, and resolve minor issues.
