We are looking for a **Senior Payroll Analyst** to act strategically and operationally in personnel administration processes, ensuring accurate payroll calculation, labor charges, and legal obligations, with focus on compliance, deadlines, and information quality.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Perform monthly payroll calculation and verification,
* Calculate and verify labor and social security charges (INSS, FGTS, IRRF, RAT, third parties);
* Handle transmission, verification, and closing of eSocial, EFD\-Reinf, and DCTFWeb;
* Ensure compliance with current labor, social security, and tax legislation;
* Conduct payroll and charge analyses, verifications, and reconciliations;
* Support internal and external audits, inspections, and legal/accounting requests;
* Assist in standardizing and continuously improving payroll processes;
* Provide support to managers and employees, clarifying payroll- and charge-related questions;
* Serve as technical reference for less senior analysts.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed undergraduate degree (Business Administration, Accounting, HR, or related fields);
* Solid senior-level experience in Payroll;
* Proficiency in payroll calculations, labor charges, and ancillary obligations;
* In-depth knowledge of eSocial, EFD\-Reinf, and DCTFWeb;
* Experience with variable remuneration (VR) calculations;
* Advanced knowledge of labor and social security legislation;
* Experience with payroll systems (e.g., TOTVS, among others);
* Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Excel.
**Desirable**
* Experience handling large employee volumes;
* Experience in environments with multiple labor unions;
* Knowledge of labor audits;
* Experience in payroll system implementation or improvement projects;
* Experience with RM Labore.

**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00\.
**Work Location:** Headquarters – Itaim Bibi, São Paulo/SP.
**Compensation:** To be negotiated.
