This principle is reinforced throughout the hiring process and actively lived within the company.*** We know that great results are achieved only with a great team; therefore, we seek talented and passionate individuals who wish to grow professionally and build a career path with us. **Roles and Responsibilities:** * Lead requirements engineering for data projects, authoring Functional and Technical Specifications with a focus on business value, transformation rules, acceptance criteria, and information traceability. * Conduct complex business process elicitation and mapping, identifying workflows, exceptions, dependencies, and improvement opportunities using frameworks such as BPMN, SIPOC, and UML. * Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions for engineering and analytics teams, ensuring alignment between functional and technical stakeholders. * Define and document data consumption architectures, including dimensional modeling, grain definition, fact tables, and dimensions within Star Schema and Snowflake structures. * Support BI and DataViz initiatives by structuring data consumption and visualization frameworks in corporate tools such as Power BI. * Perform data analysis and validation using SQL for exploration, verification, cross-referencing, and hypothesis validation. * Work in agile environments, participating in breaking down Features into User Stories, backlog refinement, delivery planning, and continuous coordination between business and engineering. * Facilitate discussions across different company departments to align conceptual definitions of KPIs, metrics, and business rules. * Adopt a consultative stance—challenging requests and proposing solutions that address the root business problem, ensuring high-impact, value-added deliverables. * Lead information discovery processes in complex environments, including legacy systems and scenarios with limited documentation. **Essential Qualifications:** * Solid experience in Data Requirements Engineering, including authoring Functional and Technical Specifications. * Advanced knowledge of data modeling and Data Warehousing concepts, applying Kimball and Inmon methodologies. * Experience with dimensional modeling and construction of analytical architectures (Star Schema and Snowflake). * Experience in process mapping and requirements elicitation using BPMN, SIPOC, UML, or similar frameworks. * Knowledge of Big Data ecosystems and data processing platforms, such as Databricks. * Experience with BI and data visualization tools, especially Power BI. * Proficiency in SQL for data analysis, validation, and verification. * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum) and continuous integration within DevOps environments. * Excellent communication skills for engaging with executive audiences, business units, and technical teams. * Strong negotiation, conflict management, and multi-stakeholder alignment capabilities.
