Your main responsibilities include: Multichannel Customer Service: Serve and prospect customers via phone, e\-mail, and WhatsApp. Commercial Management: Conduct consistent follow\-up and negotiate deadlines and pricing directly with clients. Technical Development: Prepare detailed projects for Decks, Facades, and Playgrounds using AutoCAD and SketchUp. Operational Tasks: Prepare proposals, finalize orders in the ERP system, and assist in picking goods for shipment via freight carrier. **Requirements:** Excellent communication and writing skills (essential for digital and formal customer interactions). Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp. Organized, proactive, and resilient profile suitable for negotiations. **What We Offer:** Compensation: Fixed salary \+ performance-based bonus.
