




**Job Mission** The professional will be responsible for achieving and executing the sales targets and strategies to be followed by the team and the Beverage Segment, while also assisting in planning these targets, aiming to achieve results that meet the company’s expectations and growth goals. **Key Responsibilities** Ensure achievement of established targets by the supervised team. Ensure that closed business deals comply with company policies. Contribute to the development of the annual sales plan. Monitor the progress of the annual sales plan. Ensure team members adhere to company rules and procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree completed in Food Engineering, Food Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Commercial Management, or related fields. Experience in people management. Knowledge of applications of ingredients and additives in the food industry.
