Responsibilities: * Public service, welcoming visitors and customers in a friendly and helpful manner. * Performing check\-in and check\-out, managing reservations and confirmations. * Telephone service, routing calls and messages as needed. * Access control, ensuring site security and privacy. * Supporting the organization of events, meetings, and conferences. * Maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the reception area. * Assisting with mail and document management. Requirements: * Fluency in Portuguese and English. * Prior experience in reception or public service. * Communication and customer service skills. * Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure. * Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
