This is a chance to develop skills and learn in a dynamic and motivating environment. **Working Hours:** To be determined **Employment Type:** CLT **Work Location:** Av. Guarulhos, 1335 \- Vila Augusta, Guarulhos \- SP, 07025\-000 **Responsibilities:** * Guide students in the correct execution of muscle training exercises; * Design and update personalized workout plans according to each student’s goals and needs; * Monitor and correct students’ posture during exercises to ensure safety and effectiveness; * Provide assistance and support to students in the muscle training area; * Maintain organization and proper condition of equipment and training facilities; * Encourage physical activity, contributing to student motivation and retention; * Follow the gym’s service protocols and standards; * Assist in managing equipment usage flow and ensuring appropriate utilization in the muscle training area. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Physical Education (Bachelor’s); * Active registration with CREF; * Experience or knowledge in muscle training and physical conditioning; * Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with the public; * Proactive, responsible, and organized personality; * Availability to work 6 days per week **Benefits:** * Transportation Allowance; * VIP access to all Gaviões Gym locations; * Telemedicine; * Performance bonus; * Christmas basket; * Year-end celebration; * Educational partnership; * Partnership with SESC; * Waiver of fee for working as a personal trainer at this location.
