Job Summary: Professional responsible for controlling access of people, vehicles, and materials; monitoring security systems; recording entries and exits; and providing courteous and efficient service to the public at deployment sites. Key Highlights: 1. Public service and access control in dynamic environments. 2. Use of electronic security systems and computerized concierge services. 3. Ensuring security and organization during the deployment of new posts. Work Schedule: 12x36 Salary R$ 1912,08 \+ Attendance Bonus R$ 500,00 \+ Transportation Voucher (VT) \+ Meal Voucher (VR) 24,50 \+ Food Allowance (VA) 193,80\. Note: Not compatible!! Work Location: Will work on deployments of new posts (no fixed post). Main Responsibilities: * Control entry and exit of vehicles, people, and materials. * Monitor electronic security systems. * Record entries and exits of residents, visitors, and service providers. * Answer phones and intercoms. * Serve and provide information to internal and external public. * Receive packages and correspondence. * Authorize and monitor access of people and vehicles. * Ensure access is granted only to authorized people and vehicles. * Immediately report any suspicious activity and/or behavior. * Provide public service, ensuring courteous and efficient service; * Perform computerized concierge duties using appropriate systems and tools; * Handle busy routines and be prepared for adverse situations; * Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all interactions with residents, visitors, and suppliers; * Demonstrate commitment to the rules and procedures established by the condominium. Requirements: * Strong verbal and written communication skills to ensure quality service to residents and visitors; * Basic computer knowledge for operating access control systems; * Prior experience as a Concierge or in roles involving public service; * Knowledge of and familiarity with computerized concierge routines.
