Join our team—a team that celebrates individuality and mutual respect. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct vehicle technical delivery, explaining to the customer its features, controls, systems, and embedded technologies. * Guide customers on owner’s manuals, warranties, scheduled maintenance, as well as maintenance procedures and safe vehicle usage. * Validate the delivery checklist with the customer to ensure the vehicle is in perfect condition. * Verify and deliver required documentation (e.g., owner’s manual, warranty certificate, spare key, etc.), ensuring the customer signs all delivery documents and fully understands warranty and maintenance terms. * Ensure the vehicle is clean and properly prepared before delivery to the customer. * Support scheduling coordination with customers and internal teams, guaranteeing adherence to deadlines. * Verify that accessories ordered during purchase have been correctly installed and tested. * Ensure the delivery moment delivers a positive and delightful experience for the customer. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education. * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B). * Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office suite. * Basic automotive knowledge (technical training in automotive or electronics is a plus). * Strong communication skills. * Prior experience in dealerships or after-sales departments is highly valued. **Additional Information** **PEOPLE ARE OUR BUSINESS—THAT’S WHY WE VALUE OUR TEAM MEMBERS IN MULTIPLE WAYS!** You’ll find all the traditional benefits you already know—we offer those too.
