**Responsibilities:**
---------------
* Maintain the area organized to meet certification standards’ requirements, ensuring the department’s success in the process.
* Follow established routines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure process standardization.
* Fully utilize the equipment management software to keep records updated.
* Actively participate in Hospital Accreditation processes, ensuring the department’s success and reporting to supervision whenever necessary.
* Ensure internal stock part replenishment (if applicable) through effective communication with the Corporate Clinical Engineering Business Management department.
* Direct service requests sent by hospital departments to the technical team, prioritizing according to defined criteria.
* Identify issues or required system registrations during system usage and request resolution from the system administrator.
* Ensure timely receipt of service providers’ invoices to perform verification and cost center identification, enabling prompt submission to the payment system.
* Request various spare parts for damaged biomedical equipment from the Business Management department, following technical area guidance to maintain equipment in optimal working condition.
