Previous experience in the furniture segment **Responsibilities:** * Drive store performance through continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring high-quality customer service aligned with company goals and KPIs; * Monitor sales negotiations and strategically support the sales team to improve deal closure efficiency; * Lead and develop the team by delivering training, regular feedback, and performance tracking, fostering a positive and highly productive work environment; * Supervise store operational activities, ensuring adherence to processes, proper scheduling, and smooth unit operations. **Requirements:** * Strong communication skills and good interpersonal relationships; * Results-, goal-, and performance-oriented profile; * Proven experience leading teams; * Prior experience in the furniture segment (mandatory); * Easy access to the South or North Zone of São Paulo. **Compensation and Benefits:** * Fixed salary of R$ 3.500,00; * Variable compensation via commissions and bonuses, with potential earnings exceeding R$ 10.000,00; * Transportation allowance and meal voucher; * Life insurance; * Health insurance; * TotalPass; * Partnerships offering discounts on courses at Faculdade Senac; * SESC membership agreement. **Additional Information:** * Employment type: CLT regime; * Work schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off; * On-site work at a shopping mall store located in the South or North Zone of São Paulo.
