Job Summary: Strategic architect for technology consulting, acting as a bridge between business needs and technological architectures, leading innovation and governance. Key Highlights: 1. Technical governance and team mentoring We are seeking an Architect to play a highly strategic role at one of the leading technology consulting firms in the market. In this position, your mission will be to serve as a bridge between clients’ business needs and the translation of those requirements into technological architectures. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * **Pre\-sales and Client Relationship:** Support the development of technical proposals, definition of *stacks*, and executive presentations for clients. * **Assessments and Diagnostics:** Lead technology diagnostic projects (infrastructure, data, *cloud*, engineering practices) and produce strategic executive reports. * **Innovation:** Lead the evolution of modern engineering practices and adoption of AI to enhance internal productivity and deliver competitive differentiation. * **Governance:** Lead technical *chapters*, define quality/architecture standards, mentor teams, and validate architectures for critical projects (without managing day\-to\-day operations). **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Solid experience in solution architecture and high\-level technical leadership. * Proven prior experience in **IT consulting**, technical pre\-sales, and *assessments*. * Proficiency in *Cloud* (AWS, Azure, GCP), complex integrations, security, and APIs. * Experience with modern engineering practices (DevOps, CI/CD, Observability). * Practical expertise in applying Artificial Intelligence to software development. * Executive mindset and ability to translate technical diagnostics into business recommendations. **General Information:** * **Employment Type:** CLT. * **Work Location:** Pinheiros – São Paulo/SP. * **Equipment Provided:** Laptop \+ Corporate mobile phone. * **Benefits Package:** * Swile Flex Food Benefits * Remote Work Allowance * SulAmérica Health and Dental Insurance * Bradesco Group Life Insurance. * PLR (Profit and Results Sharing). * Birthday Day Off. * Alura Platform (free access to IT courses). * TotalPass, Vittude (online therapy), and educational partnerships.
