The professional will be responsible for serving customers, providing product information, assisting with sales and sales recovery. Responsibilities: * Serve and assist customers courteously and efficiently, both online and in person. * Provide information about Botica's products and services. * Provide quotations to customers. * Conduct sales and assist in order closure. * Update customer records. * Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness. * Contribute to customer satisfaction and retention. * Manage telephone calls and customer service inquiries. * Handle customer complaints, propose appropriate solutions and alternatives within a defined timeframe; follow up on cases to ensure resolution. Requirements: * Prior experience in customer service. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a team and under pressure. * Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively. * Proactive attitude.
