Support the development of new formulations and process improvements We seek a **Pharmacist** to work in a veterinary compounding pharmacy, focusing on technical excellence, process safety, consultative service, and support for sustainable business growth. We are looking for an organized, proactive professional committed to quality, innovation, and customer care. Main Responsibilities * Serve as the **Technical Responsible**, ensuring compliance with applicable sanitary and regulatory legislation. * Supervise and oversee daily activities of **veterinary magistral compounding**, including capsules, sachets, suspensions, pastes, medicated biscuits, topical solutions, and other pharmaceutical dosage forms. * Guarantee adherence to **Good Compounding Practices**, quality controls, traceability, and technical documentation. * Review veterinary prescriptions, evaluating pharmaceutical feasibility, compatibility, and formulation stability. * Guide technical and operational staff regarding processes, hygiene, organization, and standardization. * Provide technical support to veterinarians, pet owners, and commercial partners when required. * Manage raw material inventory, expiration dates, storage conditions, and supplier qualification. * Support the development of new formulations, process improvements, and expansion projects. * Monitor productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction indicators. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in **Pharmacy**, with active registration at the Regional Pharmacy Council of São Paulo State or the corresponding regional council. * Experience in magistral compounding pharmacy. * Knowledge of sanitary legislation applicable to the magistral segment. * Experience in quality control and technical documentation. * Strong communication skills, leadership ability, and owner mindset. Preferred Qualifications * Prior experience in **compounding (minimum 2 years)** * Knowledge of veterinary pharmaceutics and palatability enhancement. * Experience in team management and performance indicator tracking. * Familiarity with ERP systems used in the pharmaceutical sector.
