**Responsibilities and duties** **Function Mission:**
* Responsible for executing and supporting occupational health activities—including clinical follow-up, examination control, and preventive actions—to promote employee health and ensure compliance with labor legislation and regulatory standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Support the execution and control of occupational medical examinations (pre-employment, periodic, return-to-work, change-of-function, and termination);
* Monitor and record medical leaves, workplace accidents, and referrals to INSS, ensuring legislative compliance;
* Implement and support health campaigns, vaccination programs, and quality-of-life initiatives;
* Maintain regulatory-required occupational health control systems and reporting tools;
* Control and keep updated medical records and employee health documentation;
* Follow up on employees on leave, coordinating with internal departments and service providers;
* Support occupational health indicator management, contributing to analysis and action plans;
* Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory standards (NRs), especially those related to occupational health;
* Support internal and external audits by organizing area-related documents and evidence.
**Requirements and qualifications** **Required Education:**
* Mandatory: Completed technical education in Occupational Nursing;
* Mandatory: Active registration with COREN.
