Opportunity for professional development in an inspiring environment **Job Mission:** Work on the front line of home-based physiotherapy care, promoting comprehensive patient rehabilitation in coordination with the multidisciplinary team, ensuring quality, safety, and humanization of care. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assess patients at home and develop individualized therapeutic plans; * Conduct home-based physiotherapy sessions (motor, respiratory, neurological, as required); * Propose and monitor weaning plans for care, ventilatory support, and/or oxygen therapy, with technical discussion alongside external teams; * Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to align clinical approaches and jointly track clinical progress; * Actively contribute to standardizing physiotherapy and home-based rehabilitation protocols; * Support technical team training on best practices in home-care physiotherapy; * Monitor and record functional performance indicators and clinical progress; * Guide family members and caregivers on physical and motor care for the patient; * Identify and propose improvements to the home’s physical environment to optimize treatment and patient safety. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Minimum of 4 years of experience in physiotherapy, with experience in home-based or hospital-based care, focused on relevant specialties * Completed undergraduate degree in Physiotherapy; active registration with CREFITO * Respiratory and motor physiotherapy applied to home care * Ventilatory weaning and oxygen therapy protocols * Electronic medical records and health management systems * Experience working in multidisciplinary teams and effective clinical communication **Additional Information** **Benefits:** VA R$ 255.95/month VR R$ 30.50/day Transportation allowance (VT) or on-site parking SulAmérica Health and Dental Plan Group Life Insurance SESC partnership Childcare allowance WellHub **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM **Location:** Alameda Santos 2400, 9th floor, Cerqueira César \- SP **Work Modality:** 100% On-site We invite you to join a dynamic and talented team where you can develop your skills and grow professionally.
