At **Caedu**, we operate with a clear purpose: **Sharing our best to dress happier stories.** To achieve this, we respect diversity, act with an owner's mindset, and strive to deliver the best for our employees and customers — **ALWAYS!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **What will your activities be?** * Assist in receiving new merchandise, verify invoices and purchase orders, unload products, weigh items, separate samples, and direct goods to storage areas, following company-defined procedures. * Store merchandise according to product type, line, and brand, organizing items safely per storage guidelines to facilitate identification and handling. * Prepare merchandise for distribution by selecting products per order and/or invoice, and loading them onto trucks. * Maintain the department and equipment clean and organized to facilitate merchandise handling, and separately sort recyclable and reusable materials. * Assist with labeling (reissuing labels and/or relabeling products) when required, as well as the tagging process. * Conduct inspections of stored merchandise, identifying and flagging defective or damaged items, following area-defined procedures. * Participate in stock inventory processes, counting pieces, products, components, and other stored items to control and account for company assets, per audit requirements. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Must-have qualifications:** * Education: Completed high school. * Experience: Minimum of 1 year in the field. * Computer Skills: Basic Microsoft Office suite proficiency. * Technical Competencies: Familiarity with warehouse and logistics routines is desirable. **Additional Information** **What do we offer?** Medical Assistance Dental Assistance Transportation Allowance On-site Meal Profit Sharing (Per internal policy) Birthday Day Off Caedu Product Discount Educational Partnerships SESC Membership Pharmacy Partnership Gympass Telemedicine Better Maternity Program – Personalized support throughout the most special period in our mothers’ lives.
