Ensure correct classification and recording of financial information, contributing to compliance with accounting standards, deadlines, and internal policies, while also supporting report preparation and addressing departmental requests. **Responsibilities:** * Perform accounting entries and account classifications according to the chart of accounts. * Support monthly financial closings, ensuring timeliness and accuracy of information. * Execute accounting reconciliations and identify potential discrepancies. * Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports. * Support control and organization of accounting documents. * Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies. * Support process and routine improvements within the accounting department. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences. * Basic knowledge of general accounting and accounting principles. * Prior experience (internship or junior-level) in the accounting field is a plus. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (intermediate level is preferred). * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to deadlines. * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams. * Proactivity and interest in professional development within the accounting field. **Job Benefits:** * Meal Allowance * Medical Insurance * Dental Insurance * Benefits Club – Partnerships with educational institutions * Corporate University – Exclusive training platform * Gympass – Gym membership program * “Our Care” Program – Psychological, financial, and legal counseling * Life Insurance Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
