Job Summary: Plan, coordinate, and oversee events and hosted groups, ensuring contracted services are delivered and client satisfaction is achieved. Key Highlights: 1. Provide support to clients during events and accommodations. **Job Mission:** Plan, coordinate, and oversee events and hosted groups, ensuring contracted services are delivered and client satisfaction is achieved. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate events and confirmed groups from confirmation through execution. * Prepare and distribute service orders. * Align information with clients and operational departments. * Monitor events, ensuring quality standards are met. * Provide support to clients during events and accommodations. * Resolve incidents and ensure interdepartmental communication. * Prepare reports and area controls. **Education:** Bachelor's degree completed in Hospitality, Tourism, Events, Business Administration, or related fields. **Experience:** Experience in events, hospitality, group services, or related areas. **Desired Knowledge:** Microsoft Office suite, hotel management systems, customer service.
