People committed to making our society a space of citizenship—increasingly fair and culturally diverse. **Responsibilities and Duties** This program offers an approach focused on the apprentice’s holistic development from the beginning of their professional journey, covering personal, professional, and social dimensions. Additionally, it supports building the competencies required for professionals currently working or aspiring to work across various areas of goods, services, and tourism commerce. The **Apprentice** will have the opportunity to participate in activities at our parks**.** * Support administrative routines within departments by organizing documents, spreadsheets, and files; * Assist in tracking and managing internal requests, contributing to process efficiency; * Provide support for in-person, telephone, and email customer service, forwarding requests to responsible parties; * Support data entry and verification in internal systems; * Participate in actions and activities at parks, collaborating with various company departments; * Contribute to maintaining a collaborative, ethical workplace aligned with Urbia’s values. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required:** Be aged between 18 and 22; Have completed high school; Be available to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM; Thursday, 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM; Demonstrate interest in professional development in the administrative field. **Additional Information** **Work Location:** Ibirapuera Park **Work Mode:** In-person **Benefits:** Transportation allowance On-site meals **Urbia**, one of the companies within the Construcap Group, is the concessionaire responsible for managing Ibirapuera Park and other parks in São Paulo and Southern Brazil.
