




**Responsibilities:** * Greet customers cordially. * Escort them to their table and present the menu. * Accurately record food and beverage orders. * Forward orders to the kitchen or bar. * Deliver orders to the table promptly and carefully. * Ensure everything matches the order. * Clean tables before and after use. * Organize utensils and maintain an inviting dining area. * Set tables, chairs, and utensils before opening. * Restock napkins, cutlery, and condiments. * Answer questions about the menu. * Resolve issues courteously and efficiently. * Present the bill to the customer. * Close out transactions, accepting cash, card, etc. * Wash hands frequently. * Wear clean uniform and protective equipment, if required. * Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other waiters. **Requirements:** * High school diploma. * Restaurant experience. * Strong communication skills and efficiency in customer service. **Job Type:** * Commission-based \+ Guaranteed R$1.568,09 if target is not met. **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance or commuting stipend. * Attendance bonus: R$ 150.00. * Performance bonus. * On-site meals. **Work Schedule:** Rotating shift 6 x 1 (Night Shift – From 4:00 PM to Midnight).
