Must also prepare mise\-en\-place, maintain organization and sanitation of equipment, assist in buffet setup and replenishment, and support event service. It is essential to apply self-control procedures, good food safety practices, and perform other related tasks as needed by the department. Qualifications EDUCATION AND TRAINING Minimum \- Completed high school / Food safety good practices course Preferred \- Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field. * Basic wine service course Additional Information Work schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off; Shift: 3:00 PM to 11:10 PM We seek an organized, communicative, creative individual who takes pleasure in serving and values teamwork.
