Job Summary: Professional to work in Institutional Shelter Services, providing comprehensive care to children and adolescents, supporting academic development, and promoting activities. Maintenance of a welcoming environment and external follow-up The professional will be responsible for working at the Institutional Shelter Service for Children and Adolescents (SAICA), delivering comprehensive care to children and adolescents aged 0–17 years, including meals, personal hygiene, and medication administration. They must accompany and support academic development, as well as plan and implement educational, recreational, and socialization activities. Additionally, they are responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment, and accompanying sheltered individuals to external appointments such as school, medical consultations, and leisure activities. ➔ **Workplace:** Santana neighborhood – North Zone – São Paulo ➔ **Salary:** R$ 2.000,00 – Permanent CLT contract ➔ **Target population:** Children and adolescents aged 0–17 years ➔ Position exclusively for women ➔ **Working hours:** 12x36 shift schedule – daytime (7:00 AM to 7:00 PM) ➔ **Requirements:** Completed high school **(mandatory)** Experience with children and/or adolescents in institutional contexts is desirable Job type: Permanent CLT contract Payment: R$2.000,00 per month Benefits: * Dental care assistance * Basic food basket * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
