Actively support operational activities * Coordinate restaurant operations during the assigned shift; * Lead, engage, and develop the store team; * Actively support operational activities, working hands-on with the team; * Perform financial control: cash register closing, report analysis, and bank reconciliation; * Ensure daily operations: store opening and/or closing, sales control, goal management, and team meetings; * Serve as a role model for attitude, service excellence, and commitment to results.
