




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and communicative professional to coordinate operations, manage the team, and control finances at a restaurant, with a focus on development and growth. What are the responsibilities of this position? * Coordinate shift operations; * Manage the team; * Financial control: Monitor the restaurant’s financial results by analyzing financial reports and cash handling; * Actively support the team in restaurant operations; * Coordinate daily routines, including restaurant opening, cashier operations, bank reconciliation, sales tracking, and team meetings; * Train and develop the team; Required Qualifications: * Completed High School education; * Availability to work afternoons (2:20 PM – 10:40 PM); * Experience in the food industry is considered a plus; What is the perfect match?!
