Ensuring product quality and presentation. **Job Mission** The Pizzaiolo is responsible for preparing and baking pizzas, ensuring that each dough is made according to the restaurant’s recipes and established standards. This role requires specialized pizzeria skills, knowledge of dough preparation and baking techniques, and the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You must ensure the quality of final products and maintain efficiency and organization in the work area. **Daily Routine** * Ensure all necessary ingredients are available; * Check oven condition and adjust temperature as needed. * Prepare dough according to the established recipe; * Divide dough into appropriate portions for daily orders. * Add tomato sauce and ingredients according to the specified order; * Ensure even distribution of ingredients over the pizza. * Monitor oven temperature and adjust according to pizza type; * Ensure pizzas are removed at the right moment for perfect baking. * Add fresh ingredients or seasonings after baking, if required; * Cut pizzas according to menu specifications. * Perform deep cleaning of the oven; * Check whether parts need replacement or preventive maintenance is required. * Check inventory levels of ingredients such as cheeses, sauces, and other supplies; * Notify the supervisor regarding restocking needs. * Review monthly performance in terms of pizza quality and customer satisfaction; * Identify improvement opportunities and recognize strengths. * Collaborate in introducing new flavors or types of pizza. * Maintain efficient communication with kitchen and service teams; * Adapt preparation according to specific customer preferences. * Adhere to strict personal hygiene practices; * Comply with all local food safety regulations.
