As a **Pastry Assistant**, your responsibilities will include: * Assist in the preparation and assembly of decorated cakes and desserts. * Support decoration using chocolate, fondant, and candies. * Maintain kitchen and utensil organization and cleanliness during and after production. * Monitor ingredient and material inventory, reporting replenishment needs. * Strictly follow recipes and technical instructions from the pastry chef. * Collaborate with the team to ensure production efficiency and quality. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Requirements: * Basic knowledge of pastry techniques, especially decorated cakes. * Proficiency in handling chocolate, fondant, and candies. * Understanding of food hygiene and safety. * Ingredient inventory management.
