Organization and validation of databases and spreadsheets We seek an Operational Assistant to temporarily support the preparation of an internal report required by SUSEP. The professional will be responsible for collecting information from various internal systems and consolidating data into a structured database. This is an operational position, effective until the Technology team delivers a new tool. Main Responsibilities Retrieve and extract information from the insurer's internal systems; Organize, validate, and update databases and spreadsheets; Support the consolidation of information for regulatory reports (SUSEP); Ensure accuracy and consistency of collected data; Interact with internal departments as needed to clarify information. Requirements Prior experience as an operational assistant/analyst in an insurance company; Basic knowledge of insurance (products, processes, or operations); Good familiarity with technology and use of multiple systems; Intermediate proficiency in Excel/spreadsheets; Organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility; Availability for hybrid work (2 days per week onsite). **Requirements:** Preferred Qualifications Experience with regulatory reporting or SUSEP-related requirements; Experience in large corporate environments; Ability to quickly learn new systems.
