Responsibilities and Duties * Provide nursing care to patients, ensuring safety, well-being, and comfort; * Perform nursing procedures, such as medication administration, wound dressings, and vital signs monitoring, following medical instructions and health protocols; * Assist in collecting laboratory tests and preparing patients for examinations and procedures; * Maintain up-to-date records of services provided, documenting observations in the electronic or physical medical record; * Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, providing support during complex procedures and patient care; * Ensure organization and hygiene of work areas and proper storage of supplies and medications; * Educate and guide patients and their families on necessary post-discharge care, whenever applicable. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed technical education in Nursing; * Active registration with COREN; * Prior experience in hospital settings, clinics, or healthcare units; * Knowledge of patient care techniques, first aid, and medication administration; * Ability to work effectively in a team and handle emergency situations. 2512250202491319587
