The environment includes a modern architecture based on microservices, cloud computing, messaging, and DevOps practices, along with interaction with legacy systems and regulatory requirements. Position Mission Develop, evolve, and maintain .NET backend applications, ensuring: High availability Scalability Resilience Security Regulatory compliance Production environment performance ️ Mandatory Technical Requirements Language and Framework Solid experience with .NET Framework and/or .NET Core (.NET 6/7/8\) REST API development Experience with ASP.NET MVC and/or Web Forms (for legacy contexts) Proven production environment experience Architecture Experience with microservices and/or structured monolithic architecture Knowledge of architectural patterns (Clean Architecture, DDD, CQRS or similar) Experience with inter-service communication (REST, messaging, events) Understanding of scalability, resilience, and fault tolerance Cloud and Containers Experience with AWS and/or Azure Knowledge of services such as EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, App Services or equivalents Production use of Docker Experience with Kubernetes (a relevant differentiator) Messaging Experience with RabbitMQ, SQS, SNS or other message brokers Implementation of asynchronous processing Queue handling, retry mechanisms, DLQ management, and failure control Databases Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, Sybase or similar) Query optimization Index creation Execution plan analysis Production performance tuning Production and Maintenance Experience with N2/N3 support Resolution of critical incidents Log analysis and failure diagnostics Participation in change control and release management Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins or similar) Financial Context (strong differentiator) Experience in banks, fintechs, or regulated environments Work with audit and compliance requirements Knowledge of financial products (fixed income, foreign exchange, derivatives — a differentiator) Expected Technical Competencies **The candidate must demonstrate:** Ability to explain complex system architectures Active participation in technical decision-making Maturity to operate in critical environments Ability to diagnose and resolve highly complex problems Clear communication for interaction with both technical and business teams Responsibilities Develop and evolve .NET backend applications Ensure technical quality and adherence to architectural standards Analyze and resolve production incidents Propose performance and scalability improvements Contribute to technical decisions and definition of best practices Participate in architecture reviews and change processes Collaborate with business areas and multidisciplinary teams
