




Job Summary: Professional responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment and facilities, covering various areas including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and building systems. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in maintenance of industrial equipment and facilities 2. Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and building repair systems 3. Collaborative work within a maintenance team * Perform various tasks related to maintenance and repair of industrial equipment and facilities; * Knowledge of masonry, building repairs, painting, residential electrical maintenance (lamp replacement, camera installation, wiring, and fan maintenance), electronics, mechanics, and hydraulics; * Air conditioning maintenance and mechanical services; * Preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial equipment and facilities, ensuring they remain in optimal operating condition; * Collaborate with the maintenance team to perform diverse tasks that ensure proper operation of equipment and facilities; * Support conservation and repair tasks for equipment, facilities, and systems; * Preventive maintenance (lubrication, cleaning, lamp replacement) and corrective maintenance (minor repairs) in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and painting areas; * Reviewing the scheduled task list, which may include routine inspections and minor repairs. Requirements: * Completed high school education; * NR10, NR35, and Electrical Courses; * 3 to 5 years of experience; * Practical knowledge across multiple areas (hydraulics, basic electricity); * Attention to detail and adherence to safety regulations; * Ability to work collaboratively and follow instructions.
