If you seek growth in digital media, enjoy a dynamic routine, are interested in performance, and wish to learn from a collaborative team that values knowledge sharing and professional development, join us! **Key Responsibilities:** * Support report production and data extraction from media platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, X), contributing to daily performance monitoring; * Assist in media financial processes, such as issuing pro forma invoices (PI), preparing checking presentations, and supporting billing, per internal and client procedures; * Complete campaign pacing/delivery tracking, helping manage budget control and prevent potential deviations (under/over delivery); * Operate tools such as Google Ads and Meta, assisting in campaign execution and optimization under leadership guidance; * Request media proposals from various outlets via email, phone, or WhatsApp, supporting media planning and strategy development; * Support the team in presentations and other operational tasks, as directed by managers; * Pursue technical deepening across key media channels (Google, Meta, etc.) by participating in internal or external training sessions and courses whenever possible. Requirements: * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Advertising, Public Relations, Social Communication, Social Sciences, Data, or related fields; * Basic understanding of Google or Meta media; knowledge of how to launch and optimize campaigns on these platforms; * Basic knowledge of Google Analytics; * Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets; * Basic knowledge of PowerPoint / Google Slides; * Analytical, organized, curious profile with attention to detail, strong interpersonal communication skills, and ability to work proactively and collaboratively in a team.
