Job Summary: We are seeking a Libras Interpreter responsible for communication in Libras and for recruiting and selecting professionals in this field, supporting inclusion and accessibility. Key Highlights: 1. Act as a Libras interpreter in internal and external communications 2. Conduct recruitment and selection processes for Libras professionals 3. Support the inclusion and accessibility of Deaf individuals We are looking for a **Libras Interpreter**, fluent in both Libras and Portuguese, who will also be responsible for **conducting hiring processes for Libras professionals**, supporting the inclusion and accessibility of Deaf individuals. ### **️** **Responsibilities** * Act as a Libras interpreter in internal and external communications. * Ensure effective communication between Deaf and hearing individuals. * Conduct **recruitment and selection processes for Libras professionals**. * Support interviews and onboarding using Libras. * Assist in organizing accessibility-related requests. * Maintain clear communication with involved departments. ### **Requirements** * Fluency in **Libras** (comprehension and expression). * Strong communication skills in **Portuguese**. * Completed high school education (higher education or related coursework preferred). * Organizational skills, responsibility, and strong communication ability. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience as a Libras interpreter. * Experience in recruitment and selection. * Certification in Libras. Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
