Job Summary: Work as a generalist across HR subsystems, ensuring efficient execution of people management processes and adherence to the company’s strategic guidelines. Key Highlights: 1. Work as a generalist across HR subsystems (Onboarding, Training and Development, Performance Evaluation, Climate, Culture, and Payroll Department), executing activities continuously and according to organizational needs—applying internal policies, HR management tools, HR systems, and alignment with leadership—to ensure efficient execution of people management processes and compliance with the company’s strategic guidelines. Execute onboarding and integration processes for new employees upon each hiring event, organizing documentation, requesting pre-employment medical examinations, registering information in systems, and conducting institutional onboarding—all aimed at ensuring legal compliance and delivering a positive employee entry experience. Provide continuous support to Payroll Department operations, including timekeeping verification, overtime bank control, vacation tracking, benefits administration, and payroll-related movements—via reports and coordination with accounting or BPO providers—to ensure labor law compliance and orderly administration of routine tasks. Develop and support annual organizational climate, internal communication, and endomarketing initiatives—including campaigns, internal events, and engagement activities—to reinforce company culture, foster a sense of belonging, and align employees with corporate values. Serve daily as a point of contact and support for employees, providing clarifications regarding internal policies, benefits, payroll, and other HR routines—through structured service delivery and demand tracking—to ensure transparency, organization, and high-quality internal support. **Minimum Education:** Bachelor’s Degree
